Living the dream.
Um…. Everyone knows parrots can’t eat chocolate because it is fucking POISON to them, right? And that the amount this bird seems to be consuming can make it severely ill, or even kill it right? their body can’t metabolize it like humans can… same thing with dogs and cats.
Anyway this image fucking disturbs me and makes me kind of mad at the irresponsibility of the bird’s owner. it also makes me feel a very distinct need to let people know who are forwarding this that it is potentially fatal to their avian friends.
I was thinking this^ every time someone reblogged this image set. First of all, the poor bird probably can’t breathe. Birds have small nostrils, of which, something as thick and viscus as chocolate could easily clog. Second of all, chocolate is poison to birds.
(but I also figured suffocating under a chocolate shower isn’t the worst way to go)
Guys, THE BIRD’S NOT REAL. It’s a CGI bird from some Adam Sandlr movie. If it WAS real I’d agree with you the bird shouldn’t be doing that, but thankfully it’s a non existant bird and we can all rest easy :D
Oh wow, really? xD My bad, I swore off Adam Sandler for life after I saw “Don’t Mess With the Zohan” in theaters. I had no idea.
oh thank fuck! i was alittle distressed, actually. also i kind of can’t stand adam sandler anymore so thus would never have got that in a million years
